Set Up Twilio Integration

  • Sign up or log in to Twilio.
  • Obtain your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token and Account Phone Number from your Twilio dashboard.

Input these credentials in the AI Lead Manager Twilio settings

Bland.ai Settings

  • API Key: Enter your API Key from Bland.ai Dashboard Settings to enable seamless AI powered feature.
  • Max Call Duration (mins): When the call starts, a timer is set for the max_duration minutes. At the end of that timer, if the call is still active it will be automatically ended.
  • Select Agent Voice: The voice of the AI agent to use. Accepts any form of voice ID, including custom voice clones and voice presets. Default voices can be referenced directly by their name instead of an id.
  • Temperature: A value between 0 and 1 that controls the randomness of the LLM. 0 will cause more deterministic outputs while 1 will cause more random

Vapi.ai Settings

  • API Key: Enter your API Key from Vapi.ai Dashboard Settings to enable seamless AIpowered features.
  • Max Call Duration (secs): This is the maximum number of seconds that the call will last. When the call reaches this duration, it will be ended.
  • Select Voice Provider: These are the options for the assistant’s voice.
  • Select Agent Voice: Choose from the list of voices.
  • Temperature: The temperature is used to control the randomness of the output. When you set it higher, you'll get more random outputs. When you set it lower, towards 0, the values are more deterministic.

  • Detect Emotions: Enable this property to detect user's emotion such as anger, joy etc. and feed it as an additional context to the model
